The 2021 Pride March in New York City was held Sunday, June 27, 2021. Returning after 2020's event was cancelled due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, this "Pride March LITE" version of the annual parade from midtown Manhattan to the West Village, was welcomed by streets lined with thousands of proud and exuberant supporters elated to receive another taste of freedom from the pandemic's harsh and heavy hold. I'm always blown away by the incredible joy and love that fills the air in the city on Pride Sunday ,and this year most certainly did not disappoint. Here are some shots from the march.
